Substrates and surface preparation
Kapci Aqua Sponge 799 is used over plaster, wood or cement surfaces after suitable preparing. All new or previously painted surfaces should be free from dust, grease and waxes.
Application
1. Apply Kapci Sealer 751 in one coat;
2. Apply Kapci Putty 750 in two or three cross layers;
3. Surface sanding;
4. Apply Kapci Coat in one coat (colored coat);
5. Apply Kapci Super or Kapci Super Lux (colored according to desirable final appearance) in one or two coats. Ensure smooth surface;
6. Apply Kapci Aqua Sponge 799 in one coat after dilution 50%-100% with water to reach the application viscosity.
Drying time at 25 °C & 60% R.H
